Christian Values Network (CVN) provides financial support to Christian based ministries and organizations. CVN enables your constituents to support your organizations through their everyday online shopping. It's that simple and convenient, and membership is free! Also, your constituents will be able to shop from hundreds of well known retailers at no additional cost and still receive great bargains. CVN turns buying power into giving power for everyone everyday! The simple act of shopping online will help Christian ministries and organization continue to make a difference in your community.
When your constituents purchase from CVN's Online Mall (CVN.org) their purchases generate financial support for your ministry or organization. All they have to do is shop from a wide array of well recognized online stores as they normally do, buy the same things as they usually do, and get the same great prices they always find. The only difference is that by shopping through CVN's Online Shopping Mall they will be giving approximately 3 - 7% of their purchases back to your Christian ministry or organization. Now their online purchases will make a difference and continue to help your Christian ministry or organization touch people in your community!
In fact, over the last year, for every 100 members of a particular ministry or organization that shopped from the CVN Online Mall approximately $5000-$7500 could be generated in additional financial support. CVN has partnered with approximately 700 hundred of the leading online merchants, for example, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Dell, Expedia, Travelocity, and Macy's just to name a few. Imagine what a blessing it would be if a percentage of all your constituents' online purchases through CVN's Mall (www.cvn.org) helped support programs to further support your ministry or organization.
Christian Values Network's leadership and advisory team represent a group of individuals committed to supporting CVN in the achievement of its mission. In fact, the former governor of Arkansas, Mike Huckabee, stated that "As a former pastor, I have experienced the fiscal challenges of maintaining a ministry. I am so pleased to be able to partner with Christian Values Network and to lend my support to this innovative funding concept. Faith-based charities are such a critical thread that makes our social fabric vibrant and strong. Christian Values Network offers a great opportunity to come alongside these organizations in a way that is simple but yet so powerful."
Roma Downey, a renowned actress and producer best known for her main character in the TV series "Touched by an Angel," brings an influential voice in support of Christian ministries. "I am excited to be a part of the Christian Values Network team," said Mrs. Downey. "The concept is such an easy one to embrace, yet it also is so beneficial to ministries that continue to seek monetary support. What a fantastic way to turn buying power into giving power. It's giving that our faith inspires us to do."
Christian Values Network invites your Christian ministry or organization to join the mamy ministries and organizations in our community. CVN looks forward to helping your ministry or organization in reaching people with the Gospel.

USA TODAY March 18, 2009 - Now here's a stimulus slogan if I ever heard one: "To buy is to give."
It's the watchword of the Christian Values Network. It donates 1% to 7% of every purchase made by members who shop through their web site to the shopper's chosen Christian ministry, church or charity.
The Network, which launched in October, now lists 900 retailers, from books to petfood to hardware and more. Spokesperson Jeff Trubey said they don't have a tally -- yet -- for donations but so far people have designated 4,800 groups to receive money. (There are similar affinity sites for numerous causes.)
CVN's on-the-road spokesperson and advisor is former GOP presidential candidate and Baptist pastor Mike Huckabee. But for those who miss seeing Roma Downey since her Touched by an Angel days as "Monica," you can hear all about it in her crooning voice at CVN.org.
Given the recent Associated Press story on churches hard-hit by the recession, it may be time to buy your shampoo and send the change to the 21st Century "collection plate."

Retailer agreements triple in the last month alone
Nashville, Tenn., February 13, 2009 — In less than one year since its inception, Christian Values Network has established agreements with more than 900 leading online retailers.— These internet stores comprise the custom shopping experience at the heart of Christian Values Network's service for helping ministries and other faith-based organizations.
In the last month, Christian Values Network tripled the number of retailer agreements.— An agreement typically indicates a store will provide a certain percentage of purchases originating from the Christian Values Network to be allocated back to the organization.
The continually-growing list of online retailers includes notable companies such as Target, Best Buy, Sports Authority, Lands End, Barnes & Noble and Zales.— These top retailers represent products and services in practically every shopping category imaginable, including jewelry, sporting goods, travel and banking.
Participants using Christian Values Network's free program begin their internet shopping experience at cvn.org. For purchases at any of these retailers, Christian Values Network contributes a percentage of the purchases to a ministry or charity of the participant's choice.
"These relationships are a win for all involved," said Jed Trosper, CEO of Christian Values Network.— "For the retailer, they relinquish a portion of their profits to aid non-profit organizations.— For the participant, she gets to help direct those monies to a ministry of her choosing.— And for the ministry, they receive new funding that does not conflict with their normal income. That's why over 4,500 faith-based organizations have partnered with us already."
